Our tees are
100% Fine cotton, combed for softness and comfort.
Twin needle stitching on collar, sleeves and hem.
Property neck collar.
Though usually pre-shrunk,
will still shrink a small amount, especially if washed and dried at hot temperatures. To make it last and not to fade or shrink too much you need to wash it at a cooler temparature,
no more than 40 degrees. The best thing you can do to protect you print from wear is to turn your garment inside out
when you
wash and dry it.When it comes to ironing your t-shirt you need to make sure it is inside out.
Never iron directly on the print, the ink will melt and run into the fabric of the tee,
both ruining the design and the t-shirt.
You should expect our quality printed t-shirt to resist fading at least through 86 washes.
Screen printing process
Screen printing is one of the early methods of printing (2000 years ago).
It involves the passing of ink through a
'screen' that has been stretched on a frame.
We only use water base inks
Water based prints have many qualities.
The industry term '' hand '' refers to how soft a print feels on the decorated item.
Water based inks are well known for soft hand that they provide.
Water based ink is environmentally friendly.
After a run of prints, screens can be cleaned with just water.
Water based inks are simply not toxic, do not contain lead or any heavy metals,or volatile solvents.
Sizing information
